Our story
Meridian Family Medicine was established in 2006 by Dr. David Butuk, MD, a board-certified family physician who wanted to build a doctor-owned practice with the freedom to give every patient first-rate medical care. Since then, five additional medical providers have joined the practice — each chosen for a shared commitment to preventive medicine and long-term patient relationships.
What we believe
Whether you need a flu shot, an annual physical, or treatment for a stomach infection, our providers are experienced in handling chronic, preventive, and acute care. As family medicine providers, we treat you not just in the context of your illness or injury, but in consideration of the important aspects of your life — work, family, hobbies, and the goals you are working toward.
